Three miles was already too easy, so I plotted out a good five-mile route. I walked it this morning, and was actually a bit tired from it. I'd say it's a go, then. Here is the route:

Five miles a day. Maybe in a couple of months, I will start running it. At the moment, there is still too much weird crap in my lungs.

Nice! How do I not see you when we live one block away and we're both walkin the hood?
Nice, now we know where to kidnap you. WATCH YOUR BACK, KID!
Somewhat promising lead on coed rec basketball, by the way. More as I encounter more...
go ahead and try it. i go incognito as an old retired man. i pass at least a dozen of them when i'm out walking. be careful who you kidnap.
nice. i am ready for b-ball.
kg, we need to instigate.
I'm off/around tomorrow. I'll be up early and all I have planed are E's classes at the Y starting at noon which you're welcome to check out as my guest if you like (the facility if not the class). Too soon (hee!)?
If not tomorrow ... Most days I'm around and EVERYday I have coffee and walk the dog. I visit the Buder branch of the library (about a mile, right?) every other day or so.
Let's take your route or make up a new one. It will be nice to catch up. Seriously Matt, I could throw a rock at your house right this minute and we're both un/under-employed. I think we can find the time and the motivation will be good practice.
hoo-boy. maybe too soon to go totally fitness crazy.
i'll shoot me an email, though. let's get it together.
oh come on!
