The last presidential debate is over. The snap polls are out (including a couple made up of undecided voters). Another win for the junior senator from Illinois. FiveThirtyEight currently puts the odds of an Obama victory at 95.1%, and an Obama landslide victory at 53.67%.

The RNC already has started to shift its funding and efforts away from the McCain campaign and toward vulnerable House and Senate seats. That shift likely will continue, and the McCain/Palin campaign will be on its own - out of cash and hoping to garner "earned media" through increasingly goofy gimmicks.

Unless something really crazy happens, the real action now is in the Senate and House races (upon which the presidential campaign still can have a large effect).

That picture makes McCain look like Snoopy, when Snoopy makes that weird displeased sound and sticks out his tongue.
