Watchin' movies on the internets:

The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the Eighth Dimension: This one is really hard to explain, but just watch it. If you're ho-hum about it, watch it again. It'll grow on you. I swear.

Times Square: Two girls, one rich and one poor, bust out of the mental hospital, live in an abandoned pier, start a rock band, and become New York City folk heroes. (I wish I had first seen this when I was 12 instead of 31.) A very far-fetched script but with a great punk/new-wave soundtrack. Apparently the movie was supposed to be more "gritty," but the studios nixed that idea and whole scenes were cut out post-production. Still, worth watching, especially for the scenes of Times Square before its Disneyfication. Plus, Tim Curry is in it.
